History
The firm was originally a sister company to M7 Aerospace, a full service aerospace and defense contractor, under the privately held ownership of 4M Investments. A staffing division, M7 Staffing & Business Solutions, was formed to fill flex labor needs within M7 Aerospace. We began offering services to third parties in 2009 with great success. Additional sectors were then added, including manufacturing, automotive, fiber optics and other technically skilled jobs.
The sale of M7 Aerospace to Elbit Systems of America in 2010 allowed the staffing division to spin off, making it a standalone entity as a woman-owned small business under the original 4M ownership team.
